Current methods of recording and analyzing meetings are inadequate for several reasons:
Manual Transcription: Traditional manual transcription is labor-intensive, slow, and susceptible to errors, which can lead to misinterpretation of the discussed points.
Speaker Identification: Identifying and separating speakers manually in a meeting recording is cumbersome, often resulting in confusion and inaccuracies.
Integration of Voice and Text: Converting spoken dialogue into written text while maintaining the integrity and context of the conversation is difficult without advanced tools, leading to incomplete or inaccurate meeting records.
Efficient Documentation: Generating organized, searchable files that accurately reflect each speaker's contributions is challenging, often resulting in fragmented and unstructured meeting notes.
The project's aim is to create an Intelligent Meeting Recording and Analysis System. It aims to record meetings, transcribe the discussions, highlight key points, extract tasks and notes, and integrate the data into calendars.
The key features and components include high-fidelity audio recording, voice recognition and transcription, natural language processing, highlight extraction, task and note extraction, integration with accounts and calendars, an intuitive user interface, data security and privacy measures, automation and notifications, and scalability and performance optimization.
The system will also ensure data privacy and security, compliance with data protection regulations, and efficient real-time processing.
